Yes — Thunder Lake is a great fit for full-timers looking for a permanent home base. Monthly rates are available and most of our residents stay long-term.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please keep them leashed in common areas and clean up after them.
What size rigs do you accommodate?
We can accommodate most rig sizes including large Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. Contact us with your rig dimensions and we'll find the right site.
Is the lake stocked for fishing?
Yes — the private lake is stocked and available for bank fishing any time. Bring your own gear.
